Our story

A neighborhood bakery, the way it used to be.

We're an old-school pastry shop in South Minneapolis, baking the same way bakers have for generations — early mornings, real butter, hand-cut donuts, and recipes that don't change just because the calendar does.

Our donut fryer kicks on before sunrise. By the time you walk in, the case is filled with sugar donuts still warm to the touch, flaky cherry danishes, apple fritters with crackling edges, and tea cakes that have been on the menu longer than most of us have been alive.

No trends. No gimmicks. Just the kind of bakery your grandparents would recognize, run by people who know your name and your usual order.
